Baltimore Scott is the Senior Vice President and Administrator of Crenshaw Christian Center East (New York City), responsible for overseeing Ministry operations, strategic planning, administration, finances, and human resources to achieve the Ministry’s mission and vision. Mr. Scott attended Occidental College in Los Angeles where he received his A.B. Degree in 1962. He then attended New York University School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 1965.
Having returned to Los Angeles thereafter, Mr. Scott went to work as an organizer and business advisor for the Small Business Development Center of Los Angeles where he made loans to minority businesses following the Watts riots of 1965. In the 36 years of his professional life that followed, Mr. Scott provided executive leadership in a plethora of business scenarios. He was Executive Director of the Interracial Council for Business Opportunity, Los Angeles; Corporate Director, Industrial Relations, Monogram Industries, Inc.; Executive Vice President of R & D and Education, Monogram Industries (Santa Monica, CA and New York, New York); President, Baltimore Scott & Associates (Management Consultants for Business, Government and Education); and he was President and CEO for Ruben Zurc, Inc., New York, New York.
An ordained minister, he also currently serves as the Spiritual Head of Crenshaw Christian Center East, acting as Pastor.
A humble man of integrity, Mr. Scott remains an excellent mentor inspiring a new generation of leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs to creativity, commitment, and excellence in service.
